Fun & Safe Fundraising Ideas From Comic Relief

While many charities are desperate for funds, this year it is also important to stay safe while fundraising. With restrictions still in place it won’t be possible to fundraise in the same ways. So, Comic Relief have come up with alternative ways to fundraise, so you can have fun and stay safe while raising money.

GO VIRTUAL!

Whether it’s payments or fundraising events, going digital is a simple way to keep your fundraising safe. Schools can use ParentPay, while there are plenty of fundraising platforms for collecting donations online. You can also go to the Red Nose Day website and make your donation there!

DONATE TO DRESS UP

This year, Comic Relief are encouraging everyone to dress up as superheroes. Whether you choose your favourite superhero or create your own, you can raise money at home, school, or work, by making a small donation and dressing up for the day.

SPONSORED SUPERPOWER CHALLENGE

Choose your bubble, class, or school’s hidden superpower and take on a sponsored superpower challenge. Your superpower could be anything, like running, cycling, singing, dancing, drawing, or maybe even super-silence – the amazing ability to stay super quiet for a whole hour (or more!).

PAY TO PLAY QUIZ

Take on your class, school, family, or colleagues. There’s a free quiz pack available from Comic Relief or you can create your own.

PAY TO PICNIC

Picnics are a great way to fundraise together while staying apart. Ask everyone to have individual picnics at home or bring their own picnic (and blanket) to school or work for a socially distanced group picnic.

This year, there are nine red noses to find along with a super rare gold nose.

School Fundraising From Stikins ® Name Labels

Schools, PTAs, and children’s groups can raise money by earning commission on sales of Stikins ® name labels.

There are no fees to join or participate and our one-step sign up form offers easy access to year-round fundraising that requires minimal time and resources.

We give you a unique fundraising number, which you pass on to parents. Every order we receive where that number is quoted will count towards your fundraising total. We fulfil orders and track your commission, which is paid out in November each year.
