Stick On Name Labels That Look After Residents’ Belongings

Stikins ® are stick on name labels made with a unique adhesive. This allows them to stick successfully onto clothing and fabric items, along with personal items. Our name labels are bright white and printed with a bold, black font to make the text as clear as possible. They measure 30mm wide by 15mm high, which means they fit neatly and discretely onto items of all shapes and sizes. The material is extremely flexible and soft, so it won't cause irritation to the skin when labelled clothes are worn.

Stikins ® labels have been independently tested using the BS EN ISO6330 wash test procedure for 60 washes at 40 degrees. You can put labelled items through washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, microwaves, and the kitchen sink.

They are also really easy to apply. Stick each label onto an item and press down firmly to ensure the adhesive bonds fully with the item. When labelling clothing or fabric items, apply your labels onto the wash-care label and not directly onto the fabric. Place them onto the side wall or beneath the tongue of shoes. Do not apply them directly beneath the heel as this will cause the print to wear away.

You can use Stikins ® to label fabric items such as clothing, bedding, towels, and linens. They can also be used to label other belongings including shoes and slippers, medical equipment and supplies (like pill boxes, inhalers, and walking sticks), food and drink containers, glasses cases (and glasses!), books and digital devices, as well as belongings of significant emotional value, like photo albums.

Stikins ® labels are not suitable for socks. Socks do not have wash-care labels and flex around the foot while worn. This means that there isn’t a consistent surface for our name labels to bond with successfully. If you do apply Stikins ® onto socks (as some customers do), they may peel off over time.
