Top Ways To Personalise Stikins ® Name Labels

We offer a choice of 1 or 2 lines of text and each line can hold up to 18 characters. Otherwise, how you personalise your name labels is up to you! We recommend keeping two things in mind – font size and usefulness.

Our system counts your characters (including spaces!) and automatically selects the largest font size that allows your personalisation to fit onto your name labels. This means that the more text you add, the smaller the font size on your name labels. So, if you want a larger font, keep things short and sweet!

You also need to think about where your name labels will be used and by whom. In closed environments (like schools, homes, and offices), the owner of an item may be identified by their name only. If items are to travel further afield, you might want to consider adding a bit of contact information. We recommending a phone number but you could include a (short) email address as an alternative.

It’s also worth thinking about nicknames – especially, if the owner is more commonly known by a nickname than their actual name!
